Summary:

Do you love the world of powersports, auto or marine mechanics, and possess a strong desire to grow? We are looking for an experienced technician comfortable working on Malibu/Axis Boats, Outboard engines from Suzuki, Mercury, Sea-Doo, Yamaha PWC and many more top tier OEM Boat & engine brands! You will be responsible for repairing and servicing Pontoon, Wake, Pwc and Fishing Boats.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Properly inspect and report on unit diagnosis the first time. Very strong electrical diagnosis required. Repair and service units in a timely manner in accordance with flat rate times. Be aware of all service bulletins and check for their completion. Keep work area clean. Correctly clock in/out on Lightspeed Pull units in/out daily. Advise on additional work needed on all repair orders. Remain current with all required certifications.

Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • 3-5 years of prior industry experience is preferred, but not required for C level tech.
• 5-8 years of prior industry experience is preferred, but not required for B level tech.
• 8-10 years of prior industry experience is preferred, but not required for A level tech.
• Must own master set of tools for B and A level tech.
