We repair, service, and resell motorcycles of all kinds, with a focus on providing honest communication and a positive customer experience. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Motorcycle Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in automotive or mechanical work who is eager to expand their skills into the motorcycle industry. You don't need to know everything about bikes on day one—what matters most is your problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and commitment to working with customers and teammates in a professional, approachable way. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair motorcycles, from routine maintenance to more complex mechanical issues. Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot unfamiliar or challenging repairs. Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality service. Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and recommendations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Stay open to learning new techniques and adapting to evolving shop processes. Qualifications Prior experience in motorcycle or automotive repair (motorcycle-specific experience is a plus, but not required). Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems independently. Excellent communication skills with both team members and customers.
