Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking security‑cleared Outside Machinists / Trade Helpers with at least 2 years of marine Shipyard mechanical experience to support submarine maintenance and overhaul work for a federal client. Work will be performed at NNSY. Responsibility is to provide support with shipboard production work and Controlled Evolutions/Equipment testing. An active or interim DoD Secret clearance is required. Candidates must be open to 1st or 2nd shift, overtime, and travel between shipyards. Schedule is Monday-Saturday, up to 11 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week, with occasional Sundays.

Day-to-day:
include but are not limited to:- Will be assigned on a submarine at NNSY
- Will be assisting in overhaul work repairing values, pumps, and Hydraulics on the submarines
- Will do firewatch and cleaning parts
- Cleaning work spaces
- Will also need to grind, prep, and paint Pay Range 25/hr to 30/hr.
