Small Engine Technician

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Small Engine Mechanic to join our service team and help maintain our reputation for excellence. Position Summary The Small Engine Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Stihl handheld equipment, including chainsaws, string-trimmers, and blowers. This role also includes specialized tasks such as building hydraulic hoses, sharpening chains, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Stihl Repair & Maintenance:

Diagnose and repair 2-stroke Stihl chainsaws, blowers, and trimmers.

Specialized Tasks:

Perform chain sharpening, bar maintenance, and build hydraulic hoses.

Operations:

Document repairs for warranty/invoicing and maintain a safe, clean shop. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Small Engine Mechanic. Strong knowledge of Stihl products and 2-stroke engine diagnostics. Experience in hydraulic hose repair and ability to use technical manuals. Customer-focused with the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Pay:

$18.00 - $40.00 per hour
