Job Description

Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a positive impact in a student's educational journey as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity is based near Granite Falls, WA, and will run from September 2, 2026, through June 11, 2027. You'll provide dedicated behavioral support to help a rising 3rd grader achieve their goals in a supportive school environment.
Key Qualifications:
Active RBT Certification is required Experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a BCBA supervisor Strong communication skills with students, school staff, and families Collaborative attitude and a passion for supporting student success
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one behavioral support for a student advancing to 3rd grade Implement strategies outlined by the supervising BCBA Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral outcomes Participate in meetings to review progress and adjust intervention plans as needed Communicate regularly with teachers and the multidisciplinary team to foster a positive learning environment Adhere to all ethical and professional standards as set by RBT certification
