Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Technician, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle safety to new heights! In this energetic role, you'll be the go-to expert for tire services, vehicle maintenance, and mechanical repairs. Your hands-on expertise will ensure our customers' vehicles are in top condition, providing a smooth and safe driving experience. Whether you're performing tire rotations, alignments, or oil changes, your contributions will keep our service center moving forward with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace tires efficiently while adhering to safety standards Conduct wheel alignments and balancing to optimize vehicle handling and tire longevity Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and fluid checks Use hand tools and power tools to diagnose issues and carry out mechanical repairs Assist customers by explaining services, recommending solutions, and ensuring a positive experience Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Support the team with heavy lifting of tires and automotive components during service procedures Experience Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred Proven mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics and repairs Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and tire service Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Service technician experience that demonstrates customer-focused service delivery Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of sales principles related to recommending additional services or products Join us in delivering exceptional automotive care!
