We are expanding our team and seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented high-end tire , wheel and lift kit technician who treats every vehicle like a work of art. Position Overview Are you a master of your craft who treats every vehicle like a work of art? We are seeking a premier Wheel, Tire, and Suspension Installer to join our elite, state-of-the-art facility in Arizona. In this role, you won't just be slinging rubber; you will be working on top-tier exotic cars, luxury SUVs, and heavy-duty custom overland rigs. You will handle multi-piece forged wheels, low-profile performance rubber, and complex, high-end suspension lift kits (including coilover conversions, long-travel setups, and air-ride systems). If you have flawless attention to detail, a passion for automotive perfection, and a zero-tolerance policy for scratched rims or loose bolts, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities Precision Wheel & Tire Service:
Mount and balance high-end, multi-piece forged, carbon fiber, and luxury wheels using touchless tire changers and road-force balancers without a single scratch.
Advanced Suspension Installation:
Install, tune, and troubleshoot premium lift kits, leveling kits, coilovers, control arms, and steering stabilizers on luxury trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs.
Fitment Engineering:
Measure and verify clearances (fender rolling, trimming, and offset calculations) to ensure aggressive wheel and tire setups fit perfectly without rubbing.
Diagnostic & Quality Control:
Diagnose complex ride-quality issues, vibrations, and suspension noises. Conduct rigorous post-installation test drives to ensure safety and performance.
White-Glove Care:
Maintain an immaculate workspace and handle customer vehicles with the utmost care, utilizing protective covers and strict torque-specification protocols.
Experience & Technical Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of dedicated experience in aftermarket suspension installation (lift kits) and high-end wheel/tire service. Proficiency with advanced shop equipment Deep understanding of suspension geometry, steering components, and electronic stability control (ESC) calibration post-lift. Experience working with luxury and off-road brands (e.g., King, Fox, Icon, BDS, Forgiato, HRE, Fuel, etc.).
Certifications & Licensing:
ASE Certifications in Suspension and Steering (A4) are highly preferred. Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record (essential for test-driving high-value client vehicles).
Physical & Environmental Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently (oversized off-road wheel and tire combos are heavy!). Ability to work efficiently and maintain high energy in an Arizona climate (our shop is climate-controlled, but desert summers still demand resilience). The Ideal Candidate Profile"Good enough" is never good enough. You are someone who takes pride in the hidden details—using a torque wrench on every single lug nut, routing brake lines perfectly so they never pinch, and ensuring weights are hidden flawlessly behind wheel spokes. You treat a custom $150,000 overland build with the same respect as a factory supercar.
