In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality tire services, performing precise wheel alignments, and assisting with general vehicle maintenance. Your mechanical skills and passion for automotive repair will help ensure our customers' vehicles operate smoothly and safely. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in automotive service while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Mount, balance, repair, and rotate tires on a variety of vehicles Perform wheel alignments accurately and efficiently Inspect tires, suspension, steering, and related components for wear or damage Recommend necessary tire and alignment services to customers Maintain a clean and organized work area Operate shop equipment safely and properly Assist with general shop duties as needed Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Skills Previous experience as a Tire Technician preferred Alignment experience preferred (Hunter alignment machine experience is a plus) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic automotive knowledge and diagnostic skills are a plus
