At Big O Tires Antioch, we're looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team. We take pride in the quality of our work and are looking for someone who shares that commitment. No experience is necessary—we'll provide the training. All you need is a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Schedule Monday through Saturday Sundays off, plus one additional day off during the week Responsibilities Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs safely and efficiently Conduct vehicle inspections and identify tire- and wheel-related concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist team members with daily shop operations Deliver friendly, professional customer service What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to lift tires and perform physical tasks throughout the day Valid driver's license is a plus If you're ready to start a career in the automotive industry and want to be part of a team that values hard work, we'd love to hear from you.
