This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, utilize advanced tools, and develop your skills in automotive maintenance and repair. As a Tire Installer, you will be at the forefront of vehicle service, delivering top-notch tire and wheel solutions that keep our customers moving confidently. Responsibilities Remove and replace tires on a wide range of vehicles using hand tools and power equipment Perform wheel alignments, balancing, and tire rotations to optimize vehicle performance Conduct vehicle inspections to identify issues related to tires, brakes, suspension, and other mechanical components Assist with vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes and basic repairs when needed Use automotive diagnostics tools to assess tire wear patterns and mechanical issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Communicate effectively with customers about service needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the process Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on tire service and vehicle maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools Experience working as a mechanic or service technician in an automotive setting Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installation and removal Knowledge of alignment procedures, oil changes, and general vehicle upkeep Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards assisting clients with their vehicle needs
