The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wheel alignments, tire services, and basic automotive maintenance. This role requires strong attention to detail, a customer-focused attitude, and flexibility to work Monday through Friday, Saturdays, and occasionally Sundays , based on business needs. The technician will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are serviced accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesTire & Wheel Services Perform wheel alignments (computerized and/or manual). Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires. TPMS sensor installation and calibration. Handling oversized and performance tires. Identify and explain abnormal tire wear issues. Brake & Suspension (Basic) Brake pad and rotor replacements as needed. Inspect suspension components related to alignment. Perform basic diagnostics related to steering and suspension. Maintenance & Inspections Oil changes and fluid checks when required. Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections. Ensure all services are properly documented and reset on vehicle dashboards when applicable. Customer Service & Shop Support Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle condition and recommended services. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Requirements Proven experience as a Tire Alignment Technician (required). Strong knowledge of tire balancing, alignment, and wear patterns. Basic experience with brakes and suspension systems preferred. Availability to work : Monday through Friday Saturdays Occasionally Sundays Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Skills Proficiency in alignment and tire service equipment. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards. Willingness to learn and stay updated on automotive service techniques.
