In this role, you'll mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires while delivering safe, high-quality work and friendly service. If you take pride in doing the job right, work well with your hands, and want to be part of a busy shop, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires on a variety of vehicles Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation, and recommend replacement or repair Perform tire repairs (patches, plugs) according to safety standards Install new tires and properly torque wheels to specification Check and reset TPMS (tire pressure monitoring) sensors as needed Keep the work area, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in safe working order Follow all safety procedures and shop policies Provide courteous service and communicate clearly with customers and team members Assist with other basic shop tasks as needed Skills & Qualifications Prior experience as a tire technician or in an automotive shop preferred (will train the right candidate) Familiarity with mounting/balancing machines and shop tools Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and a customer-focused attitude Valid driver's license preferred High school diploma or equivalent What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience [Benefits — health insurance, paid time off, etc.] [Opportunities for training and advancement] Apply today and join a team that values quality work and dependable people!
