Tire Technician (DIRECT HIRE) Bakersfield, CA 93312 $20-$22/hr Ready to put your automotive skills to work with a great local opportunity? We're looking for a dependable, experienced Tire Technician to join a growing team in Bakersfield!
What You'll Do:
Mount, dismount, and balance tires on a variety of passenger vehicles. Inspect tires for wear, damage, and safety concerns. Perform tire rotations and assist with basic wheel and tire services. Repair punctures and replace damaged tires as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Use shop equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Work closely with the service team to complete jobs accurately and on time. Provide friendly, professional service while helping keep customers safely on the road.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE
2+ years of recent Tire Technician experience Automotive certification or education preferred Reliable, dependable, and ready to be part of a team Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active throughout the workday Pay & Perks Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay & Perks $20-$22/hr DOE Direct Hire — get hired directly by the company!
