This is an entry-level role with room to grow, well-suited for someone with a basic mechanical background who wants hands-on experience in a high-volume service environment. What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Health insurance PTO and sick leave 401(k) What You'll Do Perform oil and filter changes accurately and efficiently Check and top off transmission fluid, coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid Inspect belts, hoses, and air filters and flag items that need attention Check tire pressure and inspect tires for wear Test vehicle systems and components to confirm they are functioning properly Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely Keep the service bay clean and organized throughout the shift What We're Looking For Prior experience in a shop or service environment preferred ASE certification preferred Knowledge of basic vehicle systems and maintenance procedures Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license and clean driving record required High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training a plus Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
