Ideal candidates have commercial tire repair, mounting, inspection, and roadside service experience. Apply today for steady fleet work and overtime opportunities. Duties & Responsibilities Install, repair, mount, balance, rotate, and maintain commercial tires for fleet vehicles and trailers. Inspect tires for proper pressure, wear, damage, and safe operating condition. Respond to roadside tire service calls as needed to keep fleet equipment moving. Use hand tools and power tools safely while completing tire repairs and replacements. Maintain accurate tire service records and follow company safety procedures and DOT requirements. Keep the shop, tools, and tire service equipment clean, organized, and ready for daily work.
Requirements Required:
1+ year of verifiable commercial tire experience. Hands-on experience servicing tractor-trailer, heavy truck, fleet, or similar commercial tires. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Working knowledge of DOT vehicle maintenance requirements. Able to lift heavy tires, perform physical tire service work, and work in various weather conditions. Must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test and background check.
Preferred:
CDL-A or CDL-B preferred but not required. #PJ1
Compensation:
$18.00 - $22.00/hour starting pay based on experience and qualifications Weekly pay with time and a half for overtime after 40 hours Employee referral program and employee discounts
