Job Description
BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Tire Sales & Installation Team Member to support our busy automotive area in our Quincy club. In this full-time role, you'll greet members, assess their tire and basic automotive service needs, and recommend products that provide value and safety. You will install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using proper equipment and follow all safety and OSHA guidelines. You'll maintain a clean, organized work area, accurately complete work orders and sales transactions, and work closely with teammates to meet productivity goals while delivering excellent member service in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet members and assess tire and basic automotive service needs Recommend appropriate tires and services based on member requirements and budget Perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repairs following safety standards Operate tire mounting, balancing, and related shop equipment Inspect vehicles for tire wear, alignment, and safety issues Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area in the tire center Accurately process sales, work orders, and service documentation Follow all company, OSHA, and safety policies and procedures Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and service goals Support inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandising in the tire center Required Skills Tire installation Tire balancing Tire repair Wheel alignment basics Automotive safety procedures Use of tire mounting equipment Point-of-sale systems Customer service Basic vehicle inspection Inventory handling
