Join the Miller Bros Giant Tire team as a Mobile Press Technician /

Tire Technician General Information:

This position involves operating a fully outfitted mobile press truck to install solid forklift tires at customer sites. Experience is a plus, but no experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling customer equipment according to OSHA standards pressing and installing tires.
• Utilizing a hydraulic 200 TON Press
• Local travel requested to customers and company locations (via company truck)
• Communicate with the customer and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of company trucks, equipment, tools and customer facilities while working

Service Manager Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to lift, Push and Pull heavy tires Ranging from 100lbs to 150lbs throughout the day
• Ability to operate service equipment & company vehicles in a safe manner
• Ability to operate a forklift in a safe manner
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
• Ability to work on a rotating, on call schedule to include nights and weekend shifts
• Pass a background check and drug screen test

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record
• Valid Driver's License and must be insurable to drive company vehicles
• Mechanically inclined
