The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wheels and tires sales, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Sales Rep. you will be responsible for matching customers needs to the perfect set of tires and or wheels, while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities Perform tire sales to mett the needs on various vehicles. Conduct diagnostics to identify issues related to tires and other components. Maintain accurate inventory management of tires and related supplies. Assist customers with tire selection based on their needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in tire technology. Qualifications Bilingual Proven experience in automotive repair or as a Tire Technician is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive fitments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in inventory management and retail sales is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive repair are beneficial.
