We're rebuilding our team and investing in our equipment, our bays, and our people. This isn't a chain lube stand — it's an established neighborhood shop where the work is varied, the customers are loyal, and a tech who produces gets paid for it. We're looking for a reliable Quick Service Technician to run our service lane: oil changes, tire service, brakes, and alignments. If you take pride in turning clean, honest work fast, there's real money and a real future here. What You'll Do Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services efficiently and correctly Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires Inspect and replace brake pads, rotors, and related components Perform wheel alignments on our alignment rack Complete multi-point inspections and flag additional needed work honestly Keep your bay, tools, and work area clean and organized Communicate clearly with the service writer on job status and findings What We're Looking For Experience with oil service, tires, brakes, and alignments (or strong fundamentals and the drive to master them quickly) Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners — speed and quality Own basic hand tools (we supply specialty and shop equipment) Valid driver's license A team player who shows up on time and takes ownership of their work Honesty and integrity — we build trust with our customers and we expect the same from our team How the Pay Works — Read This Part We pay differently than most shops, and it's designed to put more money in the pocket of a tech who produces. You get a guaranteed hourly base. That's your floor — it protects you on slow weeks so your check is never at the mercy of car count. You always get at least your base. On top of that, you earn commission on the labor you produce. Every pay period we calculate your commission against your base, and you're paid whichever is higher. Slow week? The base catches you. Busy week? Your commission takes over and you earn well above the base. Your commission rate climbs as you produce more. The more labor you turn, the higher the percentage you earn on it — so growth pays you twice: more volume and a higher rate on that volume. As the shop grows and you grow with it, your pay rises automatically. No begging for a raise — you give yourself one every time you produce. What that means in real numbers: a steady, productive technician in this role earns an effective $24
