The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tire installations, repairs and mechanical work while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive service and repair, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Install, balance, and repair tires on various types of vehicles. Perform basic automotive services such tire and wheel installs, rotation, tire repair and more. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with inventory management of tires and related products. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery. Skills Knowledge of tire repair and installs, including experience with truck tires, low profile and brand new wheels. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to tire installation and repair. Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to the team.
