Job Description

Are you looking to advance your automotive career with a trusted local company? We are hiring Alignment & Tire Technicians to join our team in the heart of Honolulu. In this role, you are the expert responsible for vehicle safety and performance. You will diagnose, adjust, and repair alignment issues, as well as handle tire mounting and balancing with precision. $22 to $26 an hour
Responsibilities:
Execute precision wheel alignments using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Adjust suspension components (camber, caster, and toe) to meet exact manufacturer specifications. Perform full-service tire work, including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair. Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, with a focus on suspension and tire integrity. Collaborate with Service Advisors to clearly communicate technical findings and repair recommendations. Uphold high-quality service standards and strictly follow manufacturer guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of hands-on, verifiable automotive shop experience, specifically with alignment and tire services. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical stamina to lift up to 75lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Strict adherence to a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
