Job Description

Join our team as a Tire Technician and become a valuable part of our fast-paced customer-focused team. Working in our state-of-the-art automotive center, you'll help keep our customers safely on the road by providing quality tire services and exceptional customer care. Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace passenger, light truck, and agricultural tires. Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns. Recommend tire repairs or replacements based on customer needs. Perform tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) service when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Safely operate tire-changing, balancing, and lifting equipment. Assist with shop operations and other service-related duties as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous tire or automotive experience is a plus; we are willing to train the right candidate. Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to safely lift and handle tires and wheels of various sizes. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Team player with good communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
