Tire Handler

Tire Handler/Grader K & S is looking for reliable, motivated Tire Handlers to join our warehouse team. This position will help ensure goals are met safely and efficiently while conforming to all company policies. K&S offers performance incentives, and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

Manually load and unload onto and off of trucks and/or conveyer belt Evaluate tires for suitability for retail/resell to the public Lift and manually stack tires into trucks, trailers, or the warehouse Lift, bend, squat 25 - 50 pounds throughout the day Utilize proper tire stacking procedures to ensure tires are stacked in a safe, secure and stable manner. Properly sort tires before loading or unloading under the direction of the General Manager Utilize appropriate knowledge of tires and tire safety Accurately provide tire counts Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers concerning any incoming or outgoing issues Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area and warehouse.
