The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and repair, with a focus on tire maintenance and replacement. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by providing high-quality tire services. Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, repairs, and replacements on various types of vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage. Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues related to tires and vehicle performance. Maintain accurate inventory control and management of tire stock. Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire options, pricing, and services offered. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and cash handling. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or service, particularly in tire maintenance. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes is preferred. Experience with inventory management systems (CMMS) is an asset. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for customer interaction. Basic math skills for retail sales transactions and inventory control. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Previous experience is a plus .
