Job Description
Retread Technician in Hermon Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a hardworking team Join the team as a Retread Technician and help give tires a second life! This is a great temp to hire opportunity for dependable individuals who like working with their hands, learning specialized equipment, and taking pride in quality workmanship. What You'll Do Inspect tires and grade tire casings for retread eligibility Buff and prepare tires for the retreading process Operate specialized equipment to retread new and used tires Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assist with additional shop and general labor duties as needed What We're Looking For Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. Comfortable with physical work including bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, walking, and standing throughout the shift Ability to work in warm environments while tires are in the retread chambers Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and build a career in a hands-on industry, we'd love to have you on the team!
