Retread Technician Join a hardworking team where your skills make a difference every day. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Retread Technician to help produce high-quality retreaded commercial tires in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Inspect and evaluate tires, grading tire casings for retreading. Buff and prepare tires for the retreading process. Operate specialized equipment to retread new and used tires. Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards. Assist with general labor and production duties as needed. Work as part of a team to maintain an efficient workflow.

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to safely lift and move up to 75 pounds. Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach, walk, and stand throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a warm production environment, including areas near retread chambers. Manufacturing or tire industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
