Job Description

Job Summary:
The Assembler I role will assist and learn from a senior assembler. The Assembler I will perform basic manufacturing and cleaning work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist a senior Assembler with assembling products and sub-components to support vehicle production and other products. Support vehicle and material movement in and around facility. Follow electronic build book for assembly instructions. Clean and prepare components and vehicles for production. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow established safety procedures. Education and Experience (required): High School diploma or equivalent. 6 months experience required. Education and Experience (preferred): High School automotive shop class(es). Experience performing personal vehicle maintenance. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (required): Proficient with computer usage. Ability to learn and follow written instructions. Ability to perform fine hand manipulation. Knowledge of tools and their use. Ability to focus on details and quality of work. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (preferred): Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends.
