If yes, then this position is perfect for you! Overview The Tire & Wheel / Alignment Technician is responsible for installing tires, wheels, and alignments. They follow shop safety guidelines and complete all the necessary paperwork and maintain shop inventory, product, tools and equipment in industry standard conditions. Tire Technicians are generally offered a full-time position offering a family atmosphere, great pay as well as future growth potential. We also offer affordable benefits with a 401k; paid holidays and we are closed on Sundays. Responsibilities Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs using hand tools and power tools. Conduct wheel alignments and ensure proper tire pressure for optimal performance. Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle. Requirements Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to tire service. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred. Familiarity with tire service techniques including installation, rotation, and alignment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving history Must be able to lift and organize heavy products. Flexible work schedule Stand for long periods of time. Lifting and exerting up to 40 lbs.
