Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Tire Technician, where your expertise will drive excellence in class 7-8 vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and replacing tires, ensuring vehicles are safe and performing at their best. Your mechanical skills and passion for service will help keep our customers moving confidently on the road. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your mechanic experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to quality service. Duties Perform tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or punctures and recommend appropriate solutions Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires using hand tools and power equipment Assist with oil changes, preventative maintenance, and other basic vehicle tasks as needed Use diagnostics tools to identify underlying issues affecting tire performance or vehicle safety Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance options clearly Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Prior experience preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tire service equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installation or replacement tasks Excellent customer service skills to assist clients effectively and professionally Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; some sales experience is a plus for upselling services Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering top-tier care!
