In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tire services to our customers while ensuring their vehicles are safe and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various types of vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections of tires and vehicle systems to identify any issues. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during tire service operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance. Assist with heavy lifting of tires and other automotive components as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or vehicle maintenance is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in tire service and related tasks. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are a plus.
