Job Description
Tire Solutions is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to join our team in Durham, NC. While previous experience is preferred, it's not required — we provide comprehensive training for all new hires. Starting pay begins at $16.00 per hour and up, depending on experience. We're looking for a dependable individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the tire service industry. Commercial Tire Technician Job Responsibilities Installation of Passenger/Light Truck/Commercial Truck/OTR Truck Tires as well as construction equipment tires and rubber tracks/undercarriage parts. Repair tires Perform road service calls when needed Maintain a clean/organized work enviornment both in shop and service truck if applicable Keep equipment and tools properly maintained Take detailed job notes and capture images of completed service requests Position will require assisting / cross training in other departmens Requirements Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record (Road service position) A Team Player mentality while working in a fast-paced environment Pre-employment Drug Screening and background check required Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills Benefits Health/Dental/Vision/Other Supplementary Insurances available after 90 Days Company matched 401K Retirement plan Commission plan based of labor billed (does not affect regular paid hours) Paid company phone or stipend for personal phone (mobile technician position) Company vehicle to drive to and from work (mobile technician position) Weekly Paycheck Paid time off accrued weekly (after 90 days) Minimum 40 hour work week guaranteed Annual Bonus + Christmas Bonus Tiered pay structure that grants raises based on skill level and ability to learn new types of jobs Uniforms provided
