We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Duty Truck, Tire & Diesel Technician to join our team. As a leading automotive service provider, we take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards in vehicle maintenance. Responsibilities:
Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency OTR Tire and Commercial vehicle repair Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues or safety concerns Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stability Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each task Assist customers with tire recommendations, answering inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working in a shop environmentRequirements:
must be over the age of 18 needs to be emissions certified High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a tire and lube technician or similar role preferred Proficient knowledge of tire installation, repair techniques, and oil change procedures Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervisionBenefits:
