The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of vehicle alignment systems and procedures, along with a commitment to delivering high service to our customers. Responsibilities Perform wheel alignments accurately and efficiently using Hunter equipment. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify alignment issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, wheel alignments, and brake pad replacements. Adjust suspension components and steering systems to ensure proper alignment and handling. Communicate effectively with the service writer and customers to explain alignment procedures, findings, and recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as an Alignment Technician or similar role in the automotive industry. Proficient in using alignment equipment and tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose alignment issues accurately. Effective communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models.
