Purpose & Scope of The Position:
Perform tire handling functions of mining equipment, including large haul truck, OTR, and light duty tires. Perform other functions and duties as assigned by the Supervisor while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect KGHM's values.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow safe work procedures and best practices. Be a role model to others in safe behavior. Good written and verbal skills. Ability to prioritize, self-start, and work under limited supervision. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow safe work procedures and best practices. Willingness to perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of KGHM.
Required Education, Work Experience & Training:
A valid Driver's License. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred Education, Work Experience & Training:
Tire Tech Certifications or equivalent work experience. 1-2 Years' experience tire maintenance.
Technical Skills:
Have a positive attitude. Dismount and mount mining, OTR, and pick-up tires, including multi-part rims. Determine repairable tire conditions and make such repairs. Operate heavy duty tire service equipment and tools. Basic computer skills and knowledge, including tire and mine maintenance related software is a plus.

Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including drug and alcohol testing. Ability to meet the required physical demands, including exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.
