Tire Technician Location:
Dover, Ohio | Full-time or Part-time We're not looking for "someone to help in the shop." We want you to be the person who shows up, works hard, and gets better fast. Clean work. Safe habits. No excuses. Elite Tire Group is a high-performing automotive shop built on standards and training. This role is the front door into the trade. No experience? Fine. If you bring effort and reliability, we'll train you. Our Hiring Process (Fast & Clear) Apply + answer screening questions Complete a short assessment Interview in person at our Dover location What You'll Do Mount and balance tires the right way Perform tire repairs (when repairable and safe) Move vehicles in and out of bays safely Keep your area clean, stocked, and organized Support techs and service advisors so the shop runs smoothly Learn how a real shop operates (and how to grow inside it) What You'll Earn Starting pay: $14-$18
