Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Tire Mount & Balance Technician to join our Pennsylvania team. This position is approximately 6 hours per day and requires someone who is available to start early in the morning . As business continues to grow, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mounting, balancing, inspecting, and servicing tires while maintaining a safe work environment and providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. Essential Functions Mount and balance passenger vehicle tires accurately and efficiently. Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns. Perform tire repairs when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Properly operate tire mounting, balancing, and shop equipment. Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status and service needs. Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
