Full-Time Job Description McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a Road Service Tire Technician to join our team. This role involves performing tire service and repair work both in-shop and at customer locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a mobile service environment. Key Responsibilities Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires as directed by the Service Manager Provide roadside assistance and travel to customer locations for inspections and tire repairs Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies Participate in training programs and adhere to safety procedures and company standards Be available for on-call and night service as scheduled Complete additional duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities Adapt to changing job duties and responsibilities as needed Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Experience with heavy-duty and commercial tires, including mounting and dismounting Why Join McCarthy Tire Service?
