Position:

Lead Technician Are you an experienced and motivated automotive professional who thrives on leading a team and driving results? We're looking for a Lead technician to join our team! This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background—especially in brakes, steering, suspension, and alignments.

What You'll Do:

Coach and support technicians to maintain high-quality standards Perform hands-on work as needed, with expertise in brakes, steering, suspension, and alignments Manage workflow to meet deadlines and customer expectations Maintain a safe and efficient shop environment

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an automotive repair environment Strong technical background with brake systems, steering, suspension, drivetrain, and alignments Ability to motivate and lead a team while also performing hands-on work Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license (required) Must provide your own tools
