Job Description

pay will start at $800 a week depending on experience and can go up from there! Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lift Kit and Tire Technician, where your mechanical expertise and passion for automotive repair will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing vehicle capabilities by installing lift kits, performing tire services, and conducting comprehensive vehicle maintenance. Your hands-on skills will ensure every vehicle leaves our shop safe, reliable, and ready to conquer any terrain. We're looking for energetic, detail-oriented professionals eager to deliver top-tier automotive service with a focus on quality and customer care. Responsibilities Install lift kits, suspension components, and related accessories to improve vehicle height, handling, and aesthetics. Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, repair, and replacement with precision using hand tools and power tools. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, alignments, brake inspections, and general mechanical repairs. Diagnose automotive issues utilizing advanced diagnostics tools to identify problems accurately and efficiently. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex systems and recommend appropriate repairs or upgrades. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards during all repair procedures. Communicate effectively with customers about service needs, repair options, and maintenance schedules to ensure satisfaction and trust. Experience Previous dealership experience or automotive service background preferred but not required; we value hands-on mechanic experience. Proven automotive diagnostics skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and accurately. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including suspension, tires, brakes, and engine components. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions throughout the day. Knowledge of automotive service procedures such as oil changes, alignments, tire service, and general maintenance tasks is highly desirable.
