We are currently seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Mobile Tire Service Technicians and OTR Road Service Technicians. Job Summary The Mobile Tire Service Technician is responsible for performing tire-related service and repairs on commercial trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles both in-shop and at customer locations. This position requires responding to roadside service calls, performing tire inspections, mounting and dismounting tires, repairing flats, and providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond to roadside emergency tire service calls. Perform tire repairs, replacements, rotations, and inspections. Mount and dismount commercial truck, trailer, and industrial tires. Diagnose tire wear patterns and recommend solutions. Safely operate company service trucks and equipment. Complete work orders, service reports, and customer documentation. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on tires and wheels. Maintain inventory and cleanliness of assigned service vehicle. Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety guidelines. Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and management. Participate in after-hours and emergency service rotations as required. Assist with shop operations when not responding to service calls. Perform basic mechanical repairs when qualified.

QualificationsRequired:

Valid Driver's License Ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred:
