We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Heavy Duty/Commercial Vehicle Body Shop Frame and Alignment Technician to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Perform frame and alignment repairs on heavy-duty and commercial vehicles using specialized equipment Conduct thorough inspections to identify frame damage, misalignments, and structural issues Use precision measuring tools and computerized alignment systems to restore vehicles to manufacturer specifications Repair or replace damaged vehicle components, including frames, axles, and suspension parts Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and parts used Collaborate with team members and management to ensure timely completion of repairs Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all repair procedures
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a frame and alignment technician in a heavy-duty or commercial vehicle body shop Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle structures, frames, and suspension systems Proficiency with alignment equipment and computerized measurement systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and repair orders Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Valid certification or training in heavy-duty vehicle repair is preferred Physical ability to lift heavy parts and work in various positions Join our team and become part of a company dedicated to excellence, safety, and continuous growth.
