Roadside Commercial Tire Technician

Who We're Looking For, We've been keeping commercial fleets running in Houston for 26 years. We treat our techs well, pay on time, and give you the tools to do the job right. We need a self-starter who can handle commercial truck tires with minimal supervision. This person works independently on road service calls, shows up when customers are stuck on the side of the road at 6 AM, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. If you need someone looking over your shoulder, this isn't the role. Ideal Candidate Has 2+ years commercial tire experience (semi-trucks, box trucks, trailers)

• NOT just passenger vehicles Industrial equipment tire experience (forklifts, scissor lifts, yard trucks) is a plus but not required
• we'll train the right person Road service experience
• comfortable working alone at customer sites and roadside locations Clean driving record and valid Texas driver's license (will be driving company service trucks) Ability to identify tire sizes, ply ratings, and load ranges without being told what to grab Physical ability to handle commercial tires (up to 150 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day What Separates Good From Great Shows up early, not just on time Keeps the service truck organized and stocked Communicates clearly with dispatch when jobs run long or short Spots upsell opportunities during fleet checks without being pushy Treats customer equipment like it's their own Work Reality This is a physical job•you're lifting, bending, and working in Houston heat After-hours emergency calls are part of the deal You'll work on everything from 18-wheelers to warehouse forklifts Our customers are commercial accounts who depend on us to keep their fleets running Non-Negotiables Dependable.
