Pay Structure:
$10/hour base $2-$4 per tire installed High daily earning potential based on speed and performance
Job Overview:
We are looking for a fast, experienced Tire Technician who can handle a high-volume environment. This is a busy location, so speed, efficiency, and consistency are key.
Responsibilities:
Mount and dismount tires quickly and safely Balance tires Perform flat repairs (plug/patch) Handle multiple vehicles efficiently Keep workflow moving during busy hours
Requirements:
Tire shop experience
REQUIRED
Fast, efficient, and reliable Able to handle high volume ( 20+ cars/day ) Ability to lift 50+ lbs Must show up on time and ready to work
