HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN
IMPACTSG6/7Seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team in Uvalde, Texas, United States. Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and repairsMay conduct wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle performance and tire longevityCarry out basic automotive maintenance tasks as neededOperate tire changing equipment and balancing machines Assess tire conditions and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivityAccurately input data into our computer systemStay updated on the latest tire technologies, safety standards, and industry best practicesPerform the loading (adding ballast) of test vehiclesInstallation of dashcam and logger systems in test vehiclesQualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE
ROLEHigh school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in tire service or automotive repair preferredProficiency in tire installation, balancing, and repair techniquesExperience with wheel alignment proceduresKnowledge of various tire types and specificationsAbility to operate tire changing equipment and balancing machines safely and effectivelyBasic automotive maintenance skillsBasic computer skills for data entry and retrievalPhysical ability to lift heavy tires and equipment, and stand for extended periodsValid driver's licenseFamiliarity with automotive tire technology and safety standardsLegal Authorization to work in the US is required.
