Responsibilities Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires with precision using hand tools and power tools. Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and inspections to ensure overall safety and performance. Diagnose tire-related issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge. Assist customers by explaining tire options, recommending solutions, and providing exceptional service. Lift heavy tires safely during installation or removal, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order for efficient service delivery. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on tire service. Strong mechanic skills combined with automotive diagnostics knowledge. Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and alignment equipment. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes and general service work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in sales or recommending automotive products is a plus.
