Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Technician, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing expert tire services, including installation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring vehicles are road-ready and performing at their best. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless customer experience, supporting our commitment to quality and reliability. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires with precision using hand tools and power tools. Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and inspections to ensure overall safety and performance. Diagnose tire-related issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge. Assist customers by explaining tire options, recommending solutions, and providing exceptional service. Lift heavy tires safely during installation or removal, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order for efficient service delivery. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on tire service. Strong mechanic skills combined with automotive diagnostics knowledge. Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and alignment equipment. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes and general service work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in sales or recommending automotive products is a plus. $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
