Join a Team That Builds and Maintains Tower Infrastructure Flair Group Inc. is looking for an experienced Tower Communications Top Hand to join our growing team performing structural tower work, maintenance, and civil site improvements throughout the western United States.

We are not a network integration company. We do not perform AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Dish, or other carrier equipment installations, antenna swaps, or network modernization work. Our focus is on tower structures, structural modifications, inspections, maintenance, and site infrastructure. If you enjoy climbing and working on structural tower projects, we'd like to hear from you. Primary Responsibilities Safely climb communication towers and perform work at height. Install, repair, and replace structural tower components. Perform tower maintenance and structural modifications. Assist with fence installation and repairs, grounding systems, general site maintenance, and site cleanup. Follow directions from the Foreman to safely and efficiently complete assigned work. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all OSHA, client, and Flair Group safety requirements. Qualifications Previous communication tower climbing experience required. Experience performing Top Hand duties. Structural tower experience preferred. Tower Climber Certification preferred. Ability to safely work at heights for extended periods. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work well as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
