Job Description

  • IMMEDIATE HIRE
  • Summit Wireless Service, LLC, is seeking a Tiger Team Foreman to run a Florida based tiger team.
Experience with Verizon and T-Mobile is preferred. Summit Wireless Services, LLC offers pay based on experience and performance. We offer health and dental after 90 days. After 90 days employees are also eligible for our PTO program and paid holidays. Summit Wireless Services, LLC is based out of Sarasota, Florida. This is a W-2 position, paid weekly. This position requires travel. Must be able and willing to travel as required. Hotel expense is paid by the company and an ample daily Per Diem is paid for daily expense. Summit is currently involved in Carrier adds, Small Cell, DAS, Microwave, Tower Erection, Tower lighting and Tower Maintenance.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a crew chief.
  • Have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Be Drug Free.
  • Be Safety Conscious.
  • Understand the importance of a quality site build and takes pride in the work they do.
  • Be capable of complete site testing to include Sweep, PIM, fiber
OTDR, RET
controller and AAT.
  • Be able to collect, review and turn in all closeout documentation in a timely manner.
  • Have basic computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Be able to read Construction drawings, RFDS and Structural Analysis.
  • Be organized and capable of assigning duties to the crew in an efficient manner.
  • Be able to train and coach crew members assigned to them.
Pay:
$27.00

00 per hour
