Tower Technician

In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our mission to expand and maintain vital communication infrastructure. Trillium Tower Development excels in a wide range of tower services, including tower construction and decommissioning, comprehensive gin pole work from small to large scale projects, installation and maintenance of microwave point-to-point systems, AM/FM broadcast services, TV broadcast systems, tower modifications and upgrades, guy wire inspections and replacements, plumb and tension, TIA tower inspections, site audits, and tower maintenance. Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a team to complete challenging tower projects with a focus on precision and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide crew members to ensure project success and foster a positive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, a passion for excellence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Perform a wide range of on-site tasks, including installations, repairs, and modifications.
• Maintain and care for all company equipment and crew assets responsibly.
• Must be able to continuously work outside daily in all types of weather conditions.
• Maintain appropriate work attire and possess a set of basic hand tools.

Qualifications Either through company provided training or currently certified in o CPR/First Aid AED o OSHA 10 o RF Radiation Safety & Awareness o Competent Climber Certification o Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all fall protection and safety procedures Willing to train the right individuals but experience is a plus!
