Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior & Experience Flagger to lead safety and traffic control efforts on construction sites. In this vital role, you will ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and personnel, guiding heavy equipment operators and construction crews with confidence and precision. Your expertise will help maintain a secure work environment while supporting project timelines and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Traffic Control:
Lead team and directs traffic through work zones using hand signals, stop/slow paddles, and traffic cones.
Safety Assurance:
Protects workers and the public by maintaining safe, controlled lanes.
Setup and Maintenance:
Installs, maintains, and removes temporary traffic control devices (cones, barrels, signs).
Communication:
Coordinates with other flaggers via radio for two-way traffic control and alerts the crew to hazards.
Monitor and Report:
Watches for unsafe driver behavior and reports traffic violations to supervisors. Qualifications and Requirements 1year experience as a
Senior/Lead Flagger Certification:
Valid flagger certification (e.g., ATSSAOSHA, or state-specific).
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Alertness:
Quick reflexes and the ability to maintain focus on traffic flow.
Communication Skills:
Clear communication for directing drivers and coordinating with crews.
Pay:
Up to $35.00 per hour
