Job Description
Traffic Control Flagger
- Denver Metro Area (and DIA)
- $19 to $20 per hour Immediate positions available

- Traffic Control Flagger! This essential role is vital in protecting lives and supporting ongoing growth improvements for the state of Colorado. The right candidate will be essential in ensuring work zone and public safety, while meeting contractual project needs around the Denver Metro and Denver International Airport Area. To qualify, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have open availability to work, including nights and possible weekends
- Be able to pass an immediate drug test, including marijuana
- In some cases, be able to pass a 10 year criminal background check
- Have a valid ID and personal transportation to get to and from projects
- Be reliable and always follow safety procedures
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time Ideal candidates will also possess the following characteristics:
- Dependable and motivated
- Good customer, company, and external communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in the heat/cold
- Prioritize safety procedures
Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic safely and efficiently at construction sites.
- Communicate with drivers and construction workers to ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Follow established procedures for traffic control and flagging.
- Maintain a high level of alertness and focus to prevent accidents.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
